What is "Cloud"?
Simply put... Cloud services refers to online service providers who offer fully online hosted versions of the hardware (servers) and software (such as office documents) that you use in your office every day. You simply subscribe to the service and use the resource, thus preventing your organization the expense of maintaining expensive servers, hardware and software. Additionally, the Cloud makes these services available to you anywhere that you can get Internet access, without the limits of office and VPN access.
