Maintenance Contracts
The foundation of our services is based on providing you with a stable environment. Our Preventative Maintenance contracts allow us to keep your organization running smoothly. Once a month we visit your office and take care of all of the non-urgent maintenance and other requests, as well as keep in touch with the current isues your business is facing. We also take the opportunity to provide simple one-on-one training to staff, or follow up on transitional itiems, such as cloud or Google Apps migration.

Help Desk Support On-Site & Remote
For our contract clients we provide access to on-demand support via phone, email, remote connection or on-site. Commonly called "Help Desk", we can provide help and support when it is most needed. Whether an emergency or one-time request we schedule to take care of the issue as quickly as possible when it can't wait for the next maintenance day.

Assesment & Analysis
For all new clients GTIN can provide you with a complete "Current State Analysis" of your existing IT infrastructure, systems & procedures. We look at all aspects of your technology operation.

Network Design & Install
Whether or not you have an existing network, or are replacing your entire system, GTIN experts can help you evaluate the right solutions for your needs. Hardware Purchasing
We help our clients determine the best hardware, software, mobile devices and other goods necessary to accomplish their business needs.
